PROJECT BRIEF:
While customers are evolving, so must our customer experiences. IBM is reshaping customer experiences with data-based AI insights, design thinking and fintech innovation for a new generation of customers. Our project was to redesign the banking customer experience page to reflect this focus.
ROLE:
My primary role was to oversee the visual design and layout of the page. I did this while maintaining brand integrity and checking for overall cohesiveness. I created a high fidelity comp for the development team and provided visual assets for this project.
PROCESS:
The color palette was intentionally complimentary to the imagery. I went through numerous iterations of comps to achieve a visual hierarchy and contrast level that worked cohesively with the entire page.
