Global Inclusion & Diversity Portal Revamp

In our planning session for our Global I&D portal refresh we identified the need for focus groups with Accenture employees to capture data on their I&D needs and motivations to inform the reimagination of the Accenture I&D portal.

Opportunity

Increasing diversity does not, by itself, increase effectiveness; what matters is how an organization harnesses diversity, and whether it’s willing to reshape its power structure.

Define

The existing site was not well organized and had a complex structure that made it difficult for users to find content. Navigation had a 4 tier dropdown so we had to reduce the level of content and define the scope with the I&D Team.

Wireframes

In parallel with the visual exploration we developed the wireframe for the internal site based on the provided content. We had to create a cohesive userflow and navigation structure for the site.

Image Guidelines

Solution

We developed a high fidelity prototype so that we could see the interactions, visual elements and how well they work together. The initial intro was just a logo teaser but my UX recommendation was to place the full Canvas reel right at the start.
