The Gen AI Academy was designed to empower our clients with the knowledge and proficiency to reach the true potential of AI.
The Gen AI Academy is not just an AI training program, it’s one that helps expand and sharpen your skillset in order to build the next generation of AI leaders. We are bridging AI technical skills with business know-how to help organization change the world.

Cornerstone:
Early on we discovered that Cornerstone was the only logical platform partner for Accenture’s Gen AI Academy. No other platform we compared was leveraging AI insight to personalize the learners journey. The personas we cover from C-Suite, business & technology users needed an intelligent system that could keep up with the rapidly changing pace of Generative AI. The platform gives us the opportunity to learn, connect, and co-create solutions to shape the future of talent experiences!
Personas:
There was an extensive amount of research put into defining the user personas for the academy.
Ideate
This early Figma prototype was used to demonstrate the user journeys of each persona. I collaborated closely with the Cornerstone team to create an accurate depiction of the learner journey for Senior & Board Leaders and Technology users. The prototype was then used as an early proof of concept by the marketing team.
Wireframes:
We decided to redesign the homepage to enhance the design of our product offering. The homepage wireframe was structured to present key features and highlight the value proposition.

Solution
The MidJourney images and brand colors were applied to the wireframe to create a high fidelity comp for development.
